Discover Casa Ramen Super

Casa Ramen Super is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Milan, Italy, offering an exceptional dining experience that blends traditional Japanese flavors with modern twists. Located at Via Ugo Bassi, 26, 20159 Milano MI, this charming ramen shop has quickly gained a loyal following for its authentic dishes and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're a ramen enthusiast or just someone looking to try something new, Casa Ramen Super promises a meal that’s both satisfying and unforgettable.

The moment you step inside Casa Ramen Super, you’re greeted by a warm, minimalist setting that exudes a relaxed, laid-back vibe. The space is tastefully decorated with simple wooden accents and soft lighting, creating the perfect ambiance for enjoying a hearty bowl of ramen. The restaurant's cozy atmosphere makes it an ideal spot for both casual diners and those looking to indulge in a more intimate meal with friends or family.

The real highlight at Casa Ramen Super is, of course, the food. Their ramen bowls are crafted with precision, using high-quality ingredients that transport you straight to Japan with every bite. Whether you're a fan of a rich, savory tonkotsu broth or prefer something lighter like the miso-based ramen, there's something on the menu for every palate. A must-try is the signature Casa Ramen, which features perfectly cooked noodles swimming in a rich, flavorful broth that’s topped with melt-in-your-mouth pork belly, a soft-boiled egg, and an array of fresh vegetables. The balance of flavors is impeccable, and the dish is both comforting and filling.

What sets Casa Ramen Super apart from other ramen spots in Milan is its dedication to authenticity and innovation. The menu is a delightful mix of classic ramen offerings and inventive twists that surprise and delight. One example is the Spicy Miso Ramen, a unique creation that packs a punch without overwhelming the taste buds. If you’re craving something more adventurous, the Tsukemen, or dipping noodles, is a fun way to enjoy ramen in a new style. You dip the noodles into a thick, savory broth, and the experience feels interactive and engaging.

The restaurant doesn’t just focus on ramen; it also offers a selection of sides and appetizers that perfectly complement the main dishes. The gyoza, served with a tangy dipping sauce, is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making it a great start to your meal. For a refreshing contrast to the warm, savory ramen, try the edamame or the chilled cucumber salad-light, crunchy, and packed with flavor.

Customer reviews consistently highlight the exceptional quality of both the food and the service. Many visitors comment on the friendly and attentive staff, who go out of their way to ensure each dining experience is top-notch. Whether it’s offering recommendations or simply ensuring your bowl is served piping hot, the team at Casa Ramen Super truly makes a difference in the overall experience. Additionally, the reasonable prices make it an accessible choice for anyone craving a delicious, filling meal without breaking the bank.

While Casa Ramen Super is undoubtedly popular with locals, it’s also drawing the attention of food tourists who are seeking an authentic taste of Japan in Milan. Its central location in the city makes it a convenient stop for anyone exploring Milan’s vibrant culinary scene. After a day of shopping or sightseeing, enjoying a hot bowl of ramen here feels like the perfect way to wind down.

As for the drinks, Casa Ramen Super has a small but well-curated selection of beverages to pair with your meal. From Japanese beers like Asahi to refreshing green tea, the drink menu complements the flavors of the food without overshadowing them. For dessert, don’t miss out on the matcha ice cream, a cool and creamy treat that’s just the right amount of sweet to end your meal on a high note.

In terms of experience, it’s clear that Casa Ramen Super has mastered the art of creating a space that feels both authentic and inviting. Whether you’re enjoying a solo meal, a casual dinner with friends, or a special outing, you can expect nothing less than excellence in both flavor and service. It’s no wonder this spot has become a go-to destination for those craving high-quality ramen in Milan.

With its exceptional menu, inviting atmosphere, and excellent customer service, Casa Ramen Super is more than just a ramen restaurant-it’s a culinary experience that you won’t soon forget.

  • Lovely experience. The food is great and the staff is absolutely lovely. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend it for a nice gathering with friends or just an amazing dinner on your own (if you go there on your own you can sit in front of the kitchen and watch how your food is prepared).

  • Got the degustation menu and everything was amazing. The staff is super friendly as well. Can't wait to go back.

  • Good ramen that deviates from traditional Japanese styles. Got the red paitan ramen. What I really liked: fresh noodles with the perfect tenacity, perfectly soft chashu pork, decor and music What was alright: A non assertive but spicy broth that still ticks all the boxes, vegetable pairings (Chinese cabbage, baby sprouts, corn) What could’ve been better: a sweeter marinated egg

  • Really good ramen! Had to wait a bit to get a table but that really was not a big problem - besides the ramen them self, the fried chicken starter is a stand out. Also the staff was real nice and translated the menu for us in to English.

  • Everything was delicious! We had the chawamushi followed by two ramens - the classic and the vegetarian one. Really, really good. The staff is super nice and helpful, and the playlist was great. The place is small, so make sure to book a table through their website-specially during the weekend.

  • The Tonkatsu cutlet was delicious and very filling on its own. I would have liked to also have rice on the side considering it is 19€.

  • Best ramen I've tried! The roasted pork and the spicy broth are amazing. The place has a simple but authentic design. The service is great.

  • Very good ramen and nice staff, Abit pricey but in line with the prices for this area of Milan. The biggest downside for us was that the place is not kid's friendly as they don't have the high chair for kids to eat at the table nor the diaper's changing station in the toilet.
